Requirements:
- Secondary education or equivalent;
- Category B driving licence;
- Advanced knowledge of electricity, particularly installation;
- Basic knowledge of electromechanics in air conditioning/ventilation/steam/industrial refrigeration/ locksmithing systems;
- Excel and AutoCAD work (optional);
- English (optional);
- Training in the use of lifting and loading equipment (optional).
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure the operation and maintenance of technical equipment and installations (mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, heating and security), as well as other building installations;
- Carry out the operations defined in the technical instructions that develop them;
- Taking note of operations carried out on the premises and reviewing those carried out by staff from companies outside the centre;
- Maintaining the machine room, installations, electrical panels, transformers, workshop and the centre's own materials;
- Carrying out all the duties indicated by those in charge of the technical services.
- Completing work reports and review sheets;
- Respecting and enforcing quality standards and procedures;
- Participate successfully in the training provided by the company.
